  1. This promotion is open to UK & Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2.  Opening/Closing Date & Time
    1.  The Promotional Period will open daily from 08.00 GMT to 23.00 GMT (the “Promotional Hours”). Promotional dates will be across three phases which consist of Phase 1 on the 3/01/25 (the “Opening Date”) until 27/02/25 (the “Closing Date”). Phase 2 will open on 04/04/25 until 30/04/25. Phase 3 will open on 03/10/25 until 31/12/25. All entries received Outside the Promotional Hours, before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date shall not be accepted.
  3.  Promotional Packs

    2. The promotion is also available to those who enter in a pub, bar or other participating outlet by purchasing the following products and scanning a QR code on glass or promotional Materials:
      1. Asahi Super Dry pint
      2. Asahi Super Dry half pint
      3. Asahi Super Dry 330ml bottle
      4. Asahi Super Dry 0.0% 330ml bottle
    3. Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.
  4.  How to Enter
    1. Purchase a Promotional Pack (see clause 3) instore or online, or purchase a pint, bottle or serve of Asahi Super Dry in outlet during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on pack, on promotional materials or glassware or visit www.asahisuperdrycomps. com, during the Promotional Hours and Promotional Period. Confirm age, country of residence and complete the form (including name, email address, Asahi Super Dry product purchased and on-trade outlet location (if applicable)). Complete the game of skill by dropping a pin on the specified location in the closest and fastest time.
    2. Maximum of one (1) entry per day, per person only. Maximum of one (1) of each prize type per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. If you win one (1) of all prize types, please do not continue to enter the promotion, as you will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
    3. Entrants must have internet access to enter this Promotion.
    4. Purchase of Promotional Product in either in store, online or outlet is necessary to enter the Promotion.
    5. Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date and time of entry. The Promoter, acting in its sole discretion, will request evidence of this before awarding any prizes.
    6. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
    7. During the Promotional Period, there will be a total of six hundred and nine (609) prizes available to be won, which will be allocated using a leaderboard mechanic across three separate phases (detailed below). During each phase, each winner will receive the prize designated to their rank on the leaderboard from a pre-determined list corresponding to their ranking. The winners will be the participants who complete the game of skill in the closest and fastest time at the end of each phase. The fastest correct participant will be awarded the highest rank on the leaderboard. In the event no participant succeeds, the winner will be the participant whose entry was closest to the correct answer and if multiple participants are equally close, the fastest responding participant will be awarded the highest rank on the leaderboard.
    8. Phase 1 shall take place between 0:00 03/01/25 to 23:59 27/02/25. 1st ranking will win a trip to Tokyo for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd to 203rd closest and fastest participants will be awarded a cool bag with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry.
    9. Phase 2 shall take place between 00:00 04/04/25 to 23:59 30/04/25. ranking will win a Japanese Experience package with Nobu for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd 203rd to closest and fastest participants will be awarded a cool bag with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd 203rd as follows:
    10. Phase 3 shall take place between 00:00 03/10/25 to 23:59 31/12/25. ranking will win a trip to Tokyo for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd to 203rd closest and fastest participants will be awarded a cool bag with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry and 4x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry 0.0% which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd and 203rd as follows:
    11. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    12. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  5.  The Prizes
    1. The Prizes consist of:
      1.  Phase One: A trip to Tokyo for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+. See clause 6 for further prize details, 202 cool bags with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry
      2.  Phase Two: A Japanese experience package weekend with Nobu for winner and guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. 202 cool bags with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry
      3.  Phase Three: A trip to Tokyo for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+. See clause 6 for further prize details. 202 cool bags with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry and  4x330ml can Asahi Super Dry 0.0%
    2. There are six hundred and nine (609) prizes available to be won for as part of a game of skill awarding prizes via a leader board over the entire Promotion for UK and ROI entrants combined.
    3. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
    4. The prizes cannot be swapped for an alternative.
    5. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Administrators”):

    6.  Further Prize Type Details
      1. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
        1. Two (2) trips to Tokyo for two (2). Each holiday package is for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+.
          1.  5 nights in 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room including breakfast for winner and guest.
          2. Activities for winners and guest including sushi making, Tokyo SkyTree admission to Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria Deck, and a hop on hop off city tour. Terms and conditions will apply for each of the activities.
            1.  Winners must comply with all instructions of local agents, failure to comply with such instructions may lead to the forfeiture of that element of the prize package.
            2.  The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for withdrawn or amended hotels, tours, transport companies. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
          3. Trips must be booked by 31st March 2026.
          4. Trips must be taken by no later than 30th June 2026.
          5. Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates.
            1.  Blackout dates to include all UK and ROI bank holidays.
            2.  (18th-21st April 2025, 15th January 2026 and 3rd -6th December 2025-2nd April 2026)
          6. Return economy flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted to Tokyo
          7. Transfers included to and from the hotel in Tokyo
          8.  ABTA or ATOL protection
          9.  The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winners and their guest must travel together on the same flight and stay in the same hotel room.
          10. Travel insurance is excluded from the prize. The winners and guest must obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions and all provisions of provided by the Promoter during the prize claim.
          11.  The winners and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are each winner’s and their guest’s own.
          12. The winners and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winners and guest.
          13.  No additional guests can be added onto this prize package.
          14.  If the booking is cancelled, the winner will not receive a refund.
          15.  Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the Prize Administrators.
        2.  One (1) Japanese Experience Prize Package for two (2) people (winner and guest aged 18+)
          1. Overnight stay at Nobu London Shoreditch or Nobu London Portman Square as selected by the winner
          2. 1 night in 5* hotel accommodation sharing a deluxe room
          3. Breakfast included
          4.  Omakase Seasonal Experience of a multi-course tasting menu.
          5. Trips must be booked by 30th September 2025.
          6. Trips must be taken by no later than 15th December 2025
          7. Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates. 
          8. Blackout dates to include all UK and ROI bank holidays. (5th May 2025, 26th May 2025 or 25th August 2025)
          9.  The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. The package does not include UK hotel-to-home transfers.
          10.  The prize package must be taken as a whole, food experience and hotel cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must stay in the same hotel.
        3. Six hundred and six (606) merchandise kits:
          1. Four hundred and four (404) cool bags with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry
          2.  Two hundred and two (202) cool bags with 6x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry and 4x330ml can of Asahi Super Dry 0.0
      2. Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity and related promotional purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any winners who are or appear to be under 25 years of age will not be featured in any publicity.
    7.  Winner Notification – Leader Board
      1. Winners will be chosen using a leader board mechanic to allocate prizes during each phase of the promotion, as set out at clause 4 above.
        1.  Each winner will be chosen by reviewing the leader board at the end of each phase.
        2.  Each winner will be chosen by reviewing the leader board following the end of each phase, on the below dates:.
          1.  Phase One on 28th February 2025
          2.  Phase Two on 1st May 2025
          3.  Phase Three on 5th January 2026
        3. Winners will be allocated the prize which corresponds to their leader board ranking for the relevant phase. See clause 4 for details.
        4. The winners will receive a winning confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of entry notifying them of the prize they have won (the “Winning Confirmation Email”). The Winning Confirmation Emails for each phase will be sent out on the following date(s):
          1.  Phase One on 3rd March 2025
          2. Phase Two on 2nd May 2025
          3.  Phase Three on 6th January 2026
        5. Winners are required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility, their age, home address details and acceptance of the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID including date of birth, this can include driving licence or passport or equivalent form is identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth. This is at the promoter’s discretion. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification in time, rejects their prize or is ineligible, the prize will be reallocated to the Mop-Up leaderboard with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
      2. The Winners will be asked to confirm proof of purchase by sharing an image of their product receipt.
      3. All requested details must be provided otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reject the winning entry with no liability.
      4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
    8. Mop-Up Prizes: Leader Board
      1. A mop-up leader board will allocate unclaimed prizes for each phase. The winners of any mop-up prize for each phase will be notified by Winning Confirmation Email sent out on the following date(s):
        1.  Phase One on 18th March 2025
        2.  Phase Two on 17th May 2025
        3.  Phase Three on 22nd January 2026
      2. The mop-up prize will be allocated to the entrant who is next in line on the leader board, who has not previously been assigned a prize. The leader board is created as per clause 4. Winners will be required to respond within 14 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select the next eligible winner from the leader board with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice after the mop-up draw. At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
    9.  Prize Delivery
      1. All requested details must be provided otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reject the winning entry with no liability.
      2. The promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event the winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
        1. Trip/experience winners: After a valid claim and the completion of the verification process the Promoter will liaise with the winner and a full trip itinerary will be provided via an online prize letter and booking form sent to your email address. The winner and guest will also be requested to complete a guest information survey including disclaimer by the Prize Administrators in order to fulfil the prize package.
        2. Merchandise winners: The prizes will be delivered to the winners by first-class post to the home address provided within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of any verification process.
    10. Promoter & Prize Provider

      3. Savvy Marketing will manage winner prize fulfilment and contact winners to confirm acceptance of the three (3) trip experiences and arrangefulfilment of the merchandise prizes. Savvy Marketing will handle personal data in accordance with their privacy policy, see clause 11.2 for further details.
      4. Cloud Nine Incentives will fulfil the three (3) trip experiences, including sharing tickets and itinerary with winner and guest. Cloud Nine Incentives will handle all personal data in accordance with the promotional privacy policy, see clause 11.3 for further details.

    12.  General Terms and Conditions
      1. These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Specific terms and conditions above. Together, they shall be referred to as the “terms and conditions”.
      2. Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above.
      3. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
      4. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
      5. Entries submitted using automated methods, including but not limited to computer scripts, bots, or any other software, are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. Furthermore, any attempt to intentionally obscure IP addresses, such as through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies, to manipulate or bypass entry rules will result in the immediate disqualification of those entries. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and take necessary actions to maintain the integrity of the competition.
      6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and the images associated with, address and ID showing date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
      7. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
      8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
      9. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the main prize winners, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing contact@asahisuperdrycomps. com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via contact@asahisuperdrycomps. com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
      10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
      11. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering any Promotion.
      12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in the promotion or taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
      13. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
      14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
      15. The Promoter will only use personal data supplied during the course of this promotion for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency solely for the purposes of administering this promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion with the exception of the main prize winners whose data will be deleted after completion of their trip. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to contact@asahisuperdrycomps. com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
      16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
